Define the inverted filter?

 

The filter is made at the end of the solid floor on the downstream side of the barrage. It is made in three layers. Underneath the bottom is made of sand, 15 cm thick. The middle layer is made of 22.50 cm thick sand and brake stone. The top is made from gravel in a thickness of 25.50 cm. From the upstream side, the underground water passes through the bottom of the weir and comes out through this filter.
